- Lectures on whale research, overview of the Cook Islands, voyaging, Cook Island economy
- Cross Island walk
- Dinner at restaurants with names such as Aquarius, A'roa Beachside, etc.
- School visit
- Morning tea
- Progressive dinner
- and of course free time and whatnot
